MANAL’S STORY

My dreams are to help people overcome their life challenges, to come out of their unpleasant moments, and to make a difference in their life.  These dreams are becoming true through communicating with people as a family mediator, life coach, and soul coach.

I was blessed to be born to loving, knowledgeable, and open-minded parents whom granted me a very happy and exciting childhood full of adventures, travels, and exposures to diverse cultures, which really sketched my open, flexible, and happy character and personality as I grew.

I was born in Egypt, studied in a French school, moved as a child with my parents to Italy and joined the American International School in Torino.  This blend made me able to speak many languages and with the support of my amazing parents, it paved my road to cross borders and easily have many friends coming from various backgrounds in school and also as I travelled around Europe.  My curiosity complemented the blend with a lot of questions to understand the world around me.

My love for animals especially dogs supplemented my character and personality to the extent that my parents re-planned our trip to Egypt to take my dog Beary with us.  Many years after, I rescued a cat from a three-meter hole underground in 2012 who is still with the family till now.

Once I am back to Egypt, I was challenged with my mother-tongue (Arabic) language hence I did two school years concurrently in one year to match my Arabic level with the required standard of my grade and resume my studies matching my age with the great help of my wonderful parents in particular my mom.  On top of that, I was active in sports (tennis and aerobics) and society (Leo member of the LIONS Club for charity), which bettered my time management.  The challenges continued in high school as I did two curriculums at once and then I went to law school where I was awarded the Ideal Student in the sophomore year.

I graduated, got married, and lived in several countries (Holland, France, UAE, and Oman).  I am a resident in Canada since 2013.  I toggled between jobs, activities, and studying to become who I am whilst raising my four kids.  I used to stay home as soon as I deliver a baby for a few years to contribute in shaping her/his character and personality. During that time, I did take courses to widen and enrich my knowledge in various fields.

I was fortunate to discover my passion and progress to achieve my dreams through certifications, courses, and practical applications and I became the cofounder and the director of the HNM’S Group Incorporation that offers family mediation services, soul coaching, life coaching, wet cupping therapy and natural herbal consultations in addition to public speeches to inspire people with positivity, motivation, herbal treatment awareness, and parenting.  Most of the recent courses were taken in the university of Calgary.

I am the author of the book titled: ” Shaping A Child’s Heart” published in January 2022 which shares the learnings from my amazing parents and the gained life experiences plus passing the tips to make a huge difference in our children’s lives and who they are through filling hearts with love, kindness, forgiveness, and passion for today and tomorrow.
