As Cofounder and director of HNM’S Group Incorporation, Manal has a wide variety of consulting experiences. With her legal background, several psychology courses, family mediation experience, high communicational skills, and multicultural experience and awareness, Manal has succeeded to attract clients and offer a unique service in different fields. That reflected on the wide variety of consultations and her ability to tailor her consultations according to the different cases. In addition, Manal has delivered customized training sessions to different organizations and her valued consultations extended to different communities in Canada.

She also worked with youth and provided a lot of consultation session for their parents to establish a strong foundation of healthy parenting techniques as a clear path for parents to follow for robust bonding and an enjoyable strong relationship with their children with the proper know how to overcome challenges.

She also founded support groups for spouses and parents to have space to talk about their challenges and problems and offers them know-hows and trainings to be able to become positive and proactive and focus on solutions and quality life.
